I came to the property Inspection field in 2004 with considerable construction and project management experience. Since then, I have completed numerous specialized building Inspection training certifications and testing of the many different systems and components. I have over 3000 total hours of training and have performed over 5000 inspections with an emphasis on Single and multi-family homes, condos and commercial buildings.

I founded D’Angelo Property Inspections because I felt the need to help home buyers understand the conditions of the property they are purchasing and provide them with sound safety recommendations to provide their family with a safe living environment.

It is my promise to provide a professional analysis through a detailed inspection that includes teaching you about your home during the inspection process. As well as a computerized comprehensive report that includes estimates for any components that may require repair or replacement.
